1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 52jl ("52jl," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 52jl online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at 52jl.app and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a 52jl account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may apply. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on 52jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gambling regulations and is non-negotiable. 52jl does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any employee of 52jl or any of its affiliated companies, software providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 52jl, PAGCOR, or any other recognized gambling regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the Platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of 52jl services, you must register a player account through the 52jl Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number and email address.

You agree to the following account registration conditions:

• One Account Only: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 52jl. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your 52jl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person.
• KYC Compliance: 52jl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

52jl reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 52jl account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access your account.

• You must notify 52jl immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.
• 52jl will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized such activity, except where 52jl is found to be at fault.
• 52jl recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any additional security features made available on the Platform.

5. Deposits & Payments

52jl accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, as well as other methods that may be made available on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits are credited to your 52jl account balance upon confirmation of receipt by 52jl's payment processing systems. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.
• 52jl does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 52jl accepts no responsibility.
• 52jl reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in violation of these Terms.
• Funds deposited into your 52jl account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are not derived from any illegal activity and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission and approval of valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account dashboard.
• Same-day GCash withdrawals are available for fully verified accounts, subject to daily processing cut-off times and transaction volume.
• Any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 7 for full details.
• 52jl reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal and may request further documentation where it deems this necessary.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where 52jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where a dispute is pending.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

52jl offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, slots, and sports betting may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates for each game category are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: 52jl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers.
• Modification and Withdrawal: 52jl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any such change does not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.

8. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 52jl Platform — including live dealer games, slots, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Bingo, sports betting, and all other game formats — are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules expressly state otherwise.

• All game outcomes on 52jl are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. 52jl does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded to the player's account balance.
• 52jl reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was affected by a technical error, software bug, or any form of manipulation.
• For sports betting markets, 52jl follows standard industry rules for the settlement of bets, including rules governing postponed events, abandoned matches, and incomplete games. Specific settlement rules are available within the sports betting section of the Platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may be adjusted by 52jl at any time.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 52jl Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or at any subsequent point, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker-style games or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform without genuine human input.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to deposits made to your 52jl account.
• Underage Gambling: Attempting to access or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by a minor.

10. Responsible Gaming

52jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) if you feel you need a break.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the 52jl Platform — including but not limited to the 52jl brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 52jl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 52jl.
• You may not use the 52jl name, logo, or any other trademark in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement, or disparage 52jl.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 52jl's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 52jl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

52jl shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Loss of business or business opportunity;
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 52jl's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God).

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 52jl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time. You may close your 52jl account by contacting our support team. 52jl may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• 52jl is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive;
• 52jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account;
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to 52jl.

14. Amendments to These Terms

52jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 52jl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and 52jl, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to the dispute resolution mechanisms established by PAGCOR.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 52jl from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
